  From Kart To Monoposto? |
- 17.12.2000 -
The motor-sport season is over, which means the break point for a young talented driver Michal Matėjovský.
In season 2000 he successfully went through all races of ICA Cup and now he is facing the fact to decided how to proceed.
For over seven years he has been racing karts and now in his age of 15 he has to decide where he shall go next because his physical dispositions make his racing position harder.
Michal had the chance to try on Most Ring a formula BMW junior and Skoda Pick-up.
These are the first steps, which should help him to decide about his racing future.
There are two ways.
The first is racing in travel cars, where he can find ideal "training" tools like Skoda Pick-up and the second possibility is racing in formula races - old-new formula Skoda or formula Ford.
The main target for year 2001 is to gain as much experiences as possible in one of these ways.
These experiences will become another starting point in his racing career.
The final decision where he shall proceed will be made at the beginning of year 2001.
I would like to thank to all promoting partners and to all fans of motorist sport, who crossed their fingers for me and I would like to wish them all Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
